The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and providing the best experience possible while ensuring safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize safety of self and others at all times.
2. Operate vehicles safely to minimize accidents.
3. Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
4. Provide an exceptional guest experience.
5. Maintain organization at the operation.
6. Create a positive environment through enthusiasm and professionalism.
7. Use professional communication and adhere to VPNE language standards.
8. Assist in shift transitions.
9. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
10. Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
11. Adhere to VPNE attendance policies.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to smile during interactions.
• Upbeat personality with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Maintain uniform standards.
• Ability to run and move quickly, organize cars efficiently, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and pass a driving test.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and pass criminal and RMV checks.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and stay organized.
• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE.
