Job summary

The Car Park in Tampa is seeking a friendly valet to create the first and last impression for guests. You will greet guests, open doors, assist with luggage, and direct traffic in the parking areas while keeping safety and courtesy at the forefront.

You should be comfortable driving vehicles from John Deere to Ferrari, possess a clean driving record, and provide excellent customer service. We value integrity, teamwork, and a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist guests with a professional demeanor.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and help guests enter/exit the lot.
• Answer guests' questions about local attractions and hotel services.
• Label and manage keys to ensure proper return.

Who We Need

You can drive anything from a John Deere to a Ferrari and treat them all like they are one of a kind treasure! You are comfortable driving anything on four wheels. This position truly is the first and last impression for each visitor and is responsible for:

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.

• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Minimum Required Qualifications

• MUST be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid driver license
