Job summary

Mirabella Seattle, located in South Lake Union, is seeking a Valet to provide a gracious arrival and departure experience for residents and guests. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist residents in and out of cars, and help maintain safe, orderly parking areas. The role requires at least 1 year of driving or transportation experience, a valid driver's license, and adherence to PRS employment guidelines.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 1:30pm–10:30pm. Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour DOE.

• Valid driver's license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' Employment Driver Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles for residents and guests, building relationships and ensuring a gracious arrival and departure.
• Champion PRS culture by upholding the Mission, Vision and Core Values in daily duties.
• Cross-train and perform driving duties, assist residents in and out of vehicles, load mobility devices, and direct traffic in parking areas.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, report issues promptly, maintain key logs and screening procedures.
• Know emergency procedures and respond calmly and professionally to emergencies.

We're currently seeking a Valet to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

You will provide a gracious and efficient sense of arrival and departure for guests at the community by carefully and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles as requested, while seeking to exceed guest expectations by anticipating needs and building relationships.

• Actively participate in departmental training, embrace a resident-focused service philosophy, and engage with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
• Cross-train and perform driving duties as needed, including safely operating vehicles, assisting residents in and out of vehicles, loading and unloading mobility devices, and directing traffic in parking areas.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or malfunctions, report issues promptly, maintain accurate key logs and paperwork, and screen all visitors according to established check-in procedures.
• Remain knowledgeable of emergency procedures and respond calmly and professionally to emergencies, performing additional duties as assigned.

Sunday - Thursday - 1:30pm to 10:30pm (Friday/Saturday OFF)

$22.00 - $25.00 / hr DOE

About you

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in driving, transportation services, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' (PRS's) Employment Driver Guidelines.
