Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Staff member to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage in a courteous, efficient manner. You will help guests with transportation needs and provide a positive first impression as part of a welcoming resort team.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, safety, and knowledge of resort features to ensure a memorable experience for visitors across our properties in Wisconsin Dells, Pocono Manor, and other locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and assist guests' vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage and valet services.
• Provide information on local attractions, events, and hotel amenities.

Valet Staff

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Staff . In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming suggestions in an attentive, courteous & efficient manner, providing them with a positive first impression while parking their vehicle for the day or overnight. They are also responsible for assisting guests in and out of the resort as needed and assisting with transportation needs

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll a pproach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner

$12/ hr

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles in a timely manner
• Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage
• Respond to guest questions and answer information on local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel
• Must have basic understanding and knowledge of resort-wide features, amenities, hours of operations, rates, etc. and be able to convey this information to Guests
• Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

What We’re Looking For

• V alid state issued Driver’s license and accepted by Kalahari insurance
• Must complete and pass a motor vehicle report
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
