Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, throughout the stay, and at checkout. You’ll manage check-ins at kiosks and the front desk, addressing guest needs and creating memorable moments.

The overnight shift runs from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring a seamless guest experience. You’ll be the first smiling face to welcome guests and guide them at arrival.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personalities that enjoy people.
• Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests when looking into reservations and booking details.
• Knowledge of basic hotel functions and check-in programs.
• Good under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Leading the guests through the check-in experience at our kiosks and the desk.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

Overnight Guest Service Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You’ll be responsible for managing check-ins at both the kiosk and the front desk, addressing guest needs, and creating memorable moments. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our guests, many of whom have traveled hours to visit. You’re the first smiling face to welcome them and orient them to this amazing destination. This overnight position operates between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, providing essential guest support and service throughout the night to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

As part of our leadership team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.You’ll be one of the first associates to greet our guests and to set the tone for their entire experience.

Pay Rate - $17 - $18/Hr.
