Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dependable Valet Attendant in Los Angeles to join our on-site team. You will park and retrieve residents’ vehicles, assist guests, and maintain safety and organization in a fast-paced environment, while delivering friendly, compassionate service to seniors and families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a growth mindset, with opportunities to collaborate with restaurant-style hospitality and community amenities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.

About The Role

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed
