Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Los Angeles is seeking a dependable Valet Attendant to greet residents, safely park and retrieve vehicles in our on-site garage, and provide warm hospitality.

You will work Tue-Sat with varied hours, maintain safety, assist with doors and deliveries, and collaborate with a friendly team. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, a clean driving record, and clear English communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE

(Full Time) Tuesday to Saturday

Tuesday – Thursday is 2:30pm-11:00pm

Friday and Saturday from 5:00am – 2:30pm

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed
