Belmont Village Senior Living in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation for residents using company vehicles, including wheelchair van/bus. You will collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional hospitality and help residents thrive as they age.

You must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and clear English communication. The role is physical and fast-paced, with opportunities for growth and employee perks.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with laws and ordinances.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, including wheelchair lifts.
• Participate in day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance of vehicles.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed.

About The Role

As a Driver at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and safe transportation to residents of Belmont Village Senior Living by transporting them to scheduled appointments and recreational outings using company vehicles which may include a wheelchair van, wheelchair bus, and car. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day upkeep and safety inspections for all company vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
• Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift
• Actively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction

Qualifications
