Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide exceptional hospitality by safely parking and retrieving residents' vehicles in our on-site garage. You will join a team that prioritizes reliable service and empathetic interactions with residents and guests.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active setting, focused on delivering outstanding hospitality and helping seniors thrive as they age.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, which may include a job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed

About The Role

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

Your Typical Responsibilities
