Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Vacuum Sales & Service Representative to provide sales and service of approved waste streams at customer locations. You will operate a Vacuum Truck, engage with customers, and pursue new business opportunities across a defined geographic area.

The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and achieving sales quotas while building strong customer relationships. Training is provided, and benefits accompany competitive compensation with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement; HAZMAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work behaviors per DOT and company guidelines.
• Engage in customer service and new business development in assigned area.
• Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation.
• Develop sales leads and pursue additional services.
• Maintain DOT compliance and achieve sales quotas.
