Crystal Clean is seeking a motivated Vacuum Sales & Service Representative to drive sales and provide exceptional service at customer sites. You will operate a vacuum truck, handle hoses and related equipment, and plan efficient routes while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

The role offers a weekly base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Average annual earnings range from $70,000 to $85,000, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain CDL/Med Card/Hazmat.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to operate a vacuum truck and related equipment.
• Commitment to DOT compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service to expand business at customer locations.
• Operate vacuum truck, hoses, waste storage units, and related equipment.
• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and ensure safety.
• Develop customer relationships and identify new service opportunities to generate leads.
• Meet sales targets and uphold corporate standards, including DOT compliance.
