Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a motivated Vacuum Sales & Service Representative to expand our waste stream services at customer locations. You will operate a Vacuum Truck, manage hoses and storage units, and build relationships to drive new business while meeting safety and DOT requirements.

The role emphasizes robust compensation with weekly base pay, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, plus comprehensive benefits and training. A CDL-B and related endorsements are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CDL-B and Med Card preferred.
• Excellent communicator with attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to interact with teams.
• Ability to operate truck equipment and basic electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Engage in and promote safe work behaviors per HCC guidelines.
• Provide customer service and develop new business in assigned geography.
• Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation.
• Vacuum approved waste streams from customer containers into the truck.
• Pursue additional services with existing accounts; generate leads.
• Ensure DOT compliance and achieve sales quotas.
