Job summary

Crystal Clean seeks a Vacuum Sales & Service Representative to drive sales and provide on-site service at customer locations. You will operate a vacuum truck, handle hoses and waste streams, and follow safety protocols across routes.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, meeting targets, and maintaining DOT compliance while delivering high-quality service and solutions. Training is provided and performance incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain CDL-B, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker Endorsement, and HAZMAT (preferred).
• Route sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service to expand business at customer locations.
• Operate a Vacuum Truck and associated equipment for waste streams.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and plan efficient routes.
• Develop customer relationships and identify new service opportunities.
