Crystal Clean is seeking a Vacuum Sales & Service Representative in Phoenix to drive sales, operate a vacuum truck, and provide top-notch service at customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker Endorsement, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Route sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with electronic devices, computers, and truck equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Service: use sales skills to grow the business and serve customers at their locations.
• Operate with Precision: manage a vacuum truck, hoses, waste storage units and related equipment.
• Ensure Safety: follow safety guidelines, inspect vehicle/equipment, plan efficient routes.
• Build Relationships: develop customer connections and identify new service opportunities.
• Meet Goals: achieve sales targets and maintain DOT compliance.
