Job summary

Crystal Clean is seeking a Vacuum Sales & Service Representative to drive sales at customer locations while operating a vacuum truck and associated equipment. You will ensure safety, inspect equipment, plan efficient routes, and build strong customer relationships to identify additional service opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker Endorsement, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Route sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service by expanding our business and delivering exceptional service at customer locations.
• Operate a vacuum truck and manage hoses, waste storage units, and approved waste streams.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment, and plan efficient routes to minimize travel time.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify additional service opportunities, and generate new business leads.
• Meet sales targets, maintain DOT compliance, and uphold corporate standards.
