You will lead commercial strategies for vacuum pump products, develop key customer and OEM relationships, and work with the direct sales team to win business and expand market share. The role requires a technical or business background, 5+ years in technical sales or related fields, strong vacuum knowledge, and the ability to travel 50–60% across NA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of technical sales, applications engineering, product management, or business development experience.
• Strong understanding of vacuum science and rough vacuum technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and close complex technical sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel throughout North America approximately 50–60%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the North American vacuum pump business
• Develop new business and expand key customer and OEM relationships
• Partner with the direct sales team to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Build relationships with strategic suppliers and channel partners
• Support pricing, forecasting, business planning, and market strategy
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
• Provide product and sales training to customers and sales teams
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and sales reporting
• Travel throughout North America to support customers and growth initiatives
