Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three years of experience in Equipment Engineering or Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• One year hands-on experience with semiconductor tools and equipment.
• Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Researches, evaluates, and recommends tool selections to improve yield and reduce costs.
• Analyzes tool data, compiles reports, presents findings, and suggests corrective actions.
• Manages projects of varying scope, schedule, and budget to meet timelines.
• Coordinate and track tool maintenance to maximize uptime and stay within specs.
• Create schematics or diagrams using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve reliability.
• Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent part breakdowns; manage spare parts inventory.
• Develop and implement emergency tool recovery plans for hard down situations.
