Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts across the West region, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Manage strategic customers as a business partner for Sanofi.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and deploy resources to hit revenue targets.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to drive revenue.
• Understand customer business models, goals, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Identify high-value opportunities and work with customers to grow the relationship.
• Coach account teams to co-create customer value and align internal teams.
• Serve as the central point of communications for account planning and engagement.
