Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Vaccines. Remote/Field role nationwide, with leadership over major accounts and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

You will manage high-value contracts, build strategic plans, and lead resources to meet revenue targets. The position requires senior-level relationship-building with health systems and decision makers, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
• Broad understanding of health system business and decision making; access to C-suite to D-suite.
• Develop strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to execute tactical initiatives and prioritize multiple projects.
