Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Vaccine coverage in the US, including remote and field work around Baltimore. The role leads major accounts, builds strategic plans with internal teams, and drives value creation with health system customers.

You will manage executive relationships, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate resources to exceed revenue targets. Minimum 5+ years in field sales or account management with the ability to access C‑suite decision makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of field sales or account management.
• Proven ability to translate health system market knowledge and develop strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned strategic customers and manage each as a business partnership.
• Develop and deploy strategic account plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify high‑value opportunities and drive growth strategies with customers.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to meet customers and attend meetings.
