Responsibilities

Process Analysis: Evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks, map processes for efficiency improvements.
Data Analysis & KPIs: Gather and analyze data to measure process performance.
Solution Development: Propose practical solutions including redesign and automation.
Change Management: Lead initiatives with stakeholders and drive adoption across departments.
Documentation & Training: Create and update SOPs.
Manage production and shipping order submissions and special requests.
Answer questions on purchase orders from vaccine customers.
Build relationships with customers to position Phibro as the preferred partner.
Coordinate with species field teams to meet customer needs.
Monitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping orders.
