Job summary

Virbac Corporation is seeking a Formulation & Process Development Scientist to advance our animal health products in the US. You will lead development of drug delivery methods, create development plans, and apply QbD and DOE to optimize processes across lab to industrial scales.

Responsibilities include drafting CPs and MBRs, mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with manufacturing to transfer processes to production.

Qualifications

• Mastery in formulation science and/or process development.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop new drug delivery methods for animals and optimize existing products.
• Create detailed formulation development plans with timelines.
• Lead QbD and DOE to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with global product development for stability testing.
• Draft manufacturing protocols and master batch records.
• Mentor technicians in data collection and analysis.
• Ensure GMP/GLP/GCP compliance and support audits.
