Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center is seeking a Vaccine Coordinator to lead the organization’s vaccine program across all clinic locations, ensuring CDC/ACIP compliance and effective immunization services. You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Pharmacy, and Clinical Leadership to optimize vaccine delivery and staff education.

The role requires RN/LPN or licensed professional credentials, 3+ years of clinical experience with vaccine programs, and strong data analytics to drive quality

Qualifications

• RN or LPN or other licensed healthcare professional preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of clinical experience and experience with vaccine management or immunization programs required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vaccine program across all clinic locations.
• Ensure CDC/ACIP and state immunization program compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized vaccine policies and workflows.
• Lead education and coaching for providers, nurses, and vaccine coordinators.
• Monitor vaccine quality metrics and improve immunization rates.
• Coordinate inventory management, storage, and temperature monitoring.
