Job summary

Arizona Department of Health Services in Phoenix is seeking a Management Analyst 2 to serve as the conduit between CDC's McKesson Vaccine Depot and VFC providers, ensuring proper storage and handling for vaccine orders. This role uses the Immunization registry, VTrckS, and ASIIS to monitor orders, track temperatures, and support providers with inventory management.

The position emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and technical assistance across 750+ public and private health care

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of management analysis experience.
Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
Experience with public health programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and approve VFC vaccine orders using Immunization registry and VTrckS.
Monitor VFC provider enrollment and re-enrollment timelines statewide.
Provide technical assistance to VFC and VFA providers on vaccine ordering and returns.
Track vaccine wastage and troubleshoot provider orders.
Analyze work processes and recommend improvements.
Other duties as assigned related to the position.
