Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Visual Inspection Manager for the 2nd shift in Swiftwater, PA. This hands-on leadership role oversees visual inspection operations in a regulated vaccine manufacturing environment, driving safety, quality and throughput while building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

You will lead a team, coach inspectors, manage recruitment and training, and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to implement best practices and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent pharmaceutical operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma or biologics manufacturing.
• At least 2 years leading a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual inspection operations during 2nd shift and set clear expectations.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and readiness for audits and inspections.
• Coach, develop, and mentor inspectors and frontline leaders; drive performance.
