Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Production Technician for the Swiftwater, PA site on 2nd shift to help manufacture injectables in a cGMP environment. Lead a small team on an Inspection Line, be trained to run all processes across lines, and troubleshoot quality and performance issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months manufacturing/warehouse experience required or may be substituted by college degree.
• US military veterans welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two to twelve on an Inspection Line.
• Be qualified to run all processes on all lines and Qualified Trainer on minimum of two lines.
• Trouble shoot issues related to quality and performance.
• Meet with management to discuss performance and or quality issues and improvements.
• Perform line clearances.
• Participate in AVI execution.
