Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science with 2+ years of vendor and project management experience in pharma or vaccines
• Master's degree in Life Science with 1+ year of vendor and project management experience in pharma or vaccines
• PhD in Life Science with 1+ year of vendor and project management experience in pharma or vaccines
• Previous experience in research and/or laboratory setting

Responsibilities

• Identifies and establishes external vendors with applicable testing capability to meet project needs.
• Works with Procurement and Site Quality Operations to ensure external vendors are in alignment with company standards and outsourcing requirements.
• Assists with creation of RFPs, MLSAs, QTAs, and other legal/financial docs as needed.
• Onboards CROs/vendors and ensures appropriate training is provided to the CRO.
