Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Global Head, Science Partnerships and Funding (SPF) for Vaccines R&D. This role leads a global team, builds external partnerships, and secures funding across regions to advance the vaccine portfolio.

The candidate will oversee strategy, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with senior leaders to drive innovation and international collaboration in a rapidly evolving vaccines landscape.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in any relevant field or an M.D./Pharm.D. with 10+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Experience in establishing public-private partnerships.
• Ability to manage global teams and cross-regional leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Sanofi Vaccines external partnership strategy across the value chain.
• Lead grant administration processes and funding opportunities.
• Manage the Science Partnerships and Funding Team globally.
• Engage stakeholders across regions (US/EU/UK/Asia-Pacific/Middle East/Americas).
• Collaborate with Public Affairs, Global Medical Affairs and Commercial Ops.
