Job summary

Seqirus is seeking a Director of Distribution & Logistics to lead end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution, managing budgets, contracts, and performance with external logistics partners.

The role ensures compliant, cost-effective delivery from source to customer in a hybrid onsite/remote setup. The position requires extensive knowledge of cold chain, GDP compliance, and contract management, with cross-functional leadership across Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a logistics or supply chain field required; Master’s preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cold chain, GDP compliance, regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing contracts with 3PLs and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution operations with global partners.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers, contracts, and budgets of $15–25M.
• Drive continuous improvement in service, cost, and performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT and Quality.
