Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Director of Distribution & Logistics to lead end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution across the network with a $15M-$25M budget. The role balances regulatory compliance, quality standards, and cost-effective delivery, coordinating with third-party providers in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

The position requires strategic leadership, contract governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure service excellence, patient access, and supply chain resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Logistics and/or Supply Chain; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with vaccines or biologics is highly desirable.
• Strong contract management experience with external third-party logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution operations, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.
• Lead relationships, contracts, and performance management for third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Ensure GDP compliance, regulatory readiness, and risk management across the distribution network.
• Provide financial and operational insights on distribution trends, costs, and risks to drive planning.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.
