Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
• Experience managing 3PL contracts, logistics budgets, and vendor governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution operations ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead transportation, warehousing, and 3PL partners to meet service objectives.
• Manage supply flow from global/domestic sources ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.
• Develop scalable distribution strategies and capacity plans for growth.
• Drive improvements to reduce costs and enhance performance.
• Oversee contracts, governance, and performance of logistics providers.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and GDP compliance across the network.
• Provide financial insights and manage the distribution budget.
