Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Director of Distribution & Logistics to lead end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution, ensuring products move efficiently, compliantly, and cost effectively from source to customer.

You will oversee all third-party logistics providers and distribution contracts with a $15M‑$25M budget, delivering best-in-class service, on‑time and damage‑free delivery. This hybrid role requires strategic governance, cross‑functional leadership, and deep regulatory knowledge to balance

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Logistics or Supply Chain required; masters preferred.
APICS or ISM certification a plus; experience managing remote sites and staff.
10+ years in pharma or regulated industry; vaccine/biologics experience desirable; contract mgmt with external third‑party logistics providers.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution operations with third-party logistics partners.
Manage contracts, performance metrics, and vendor governance to optimize costs.
Ensure GDP compliance and regulatory readiness; manage audits and CAPAs.
Own the distribution budget and provide financial insights to leadership.
Collaborate across Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, IT and Finance.
