Job summary

Bluegreen Vacations Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to engage customers inside the Cabela’s store in Lone Tree, CO. You will present vacation getaways and guide buyers through options.

The role emphasizes performance with base pay plus commissions, plus training and benefits. You will act as a brand ambassador and leverage discounts and company programs to drive purchases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable conversing with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift.

This open position is located inside the Cabela’s at 10670 Cabela Dr, Lone Tree, CO 80124.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Initiate conversation with customers
• Sell mini vacation getaways to destinations across the US
• Overcome objections
• Close the deal

Compensation/Benefits:

• Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $50k-80k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire)
• $18 + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week
