Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Vacation Sales & Marketing Representative to engage hotel guests with outstanding service and promote our vacation experiences. You will help arrange presentations, explain products, and ensure guests meet eligibility while maintaining high satisfaction.

The role offers uncapped earning potential through wages, incentives and bonuses, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision, a 401K, travel discounts, and development opportunities.

Formación

• Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Engage hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure guests meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
