Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to engage hotel guests at desk locations, schedule sales presentations, and deliver exceptional service to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. You will work with teams to ensure eligibility and manage expectations while representing the brand with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to engage with guests in person or by phone.
• Background and/or drug screening may be required per state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Deliver high levels of service to exceed sales goals and volume targets.
• Ensure attendees meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
