Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and learn about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
