Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Vacation Sales Concierge to assist Owners and guests with experiences and events, creating memorable vacation memories where meaningful moments are made together.

The role involves scheduling sales presentations, delivering top-tier service, and guiding guests through products to maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty. Flexible shifts and holiday/weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

As a Vacation Sales Concierge: a typical day will include:

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
