Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a high-energy Field Marketing Area Manager to drive our FPS team across Las Vegas and nearby markets. You will lead events, festivals and shows, coach a field sales crew, and push vacation-pack sales while delivering first-class guest experiences.

Your mission includes scaling the business with high-impact marketing, building a winning team, beating monthly budgets, and leading by example with personal sales production and committed customer service.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Management (Mini-Vacation field) and 2+ years in Timeshare/Marketing.
