Vacatia is seeking Traveling Event Sales Representatives to join our team. You will travel to major concerts, air shows, sporting events, and regional festivals within a 2-3 hour radius to generate leads and sell vacation packages.

The role offers both part-time and full-time options with a base of $15/hr plus commission. Ideal candidates are motivated by high-energy live events, have strong communication skills, and enjoy fast-paced sales environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or field marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate tablet-based booking software to input details and process payments on-site.
• Collaborate with On-Site Event Team Leaders to deliver pitches and maintain booth spaces.
• Build rapport, understand customer preferences, and complete required documentation quickly.

• Implement tablet-based booking software to input customer details, process payments, and manage real-time sales data on-site.
• Partner with On-Site Event Team Leaders to deliver pitches, maintain booth and exhibit spaces, and support overall team objectives.
• Build instant rapport, listen to customer preferences, and execute required documentation with speed and accuracy.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, concierge, brand ambassadorship, or field marketing (hospitality, resort, or vacation ownership experience preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets, engaging high-volume foot traffic, and closing direct sales.
• Strong professional drive with a passion for learning, career growth, and making a tangible impact on company goals.
• Ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, navigate tablet tools, and solve problems with composure in dynamic event settings.
• Open availability required for flexible night, weekend, and holiday event schedules.
• Unrestricted Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel to various event locations throughout the region.
