Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Carry out service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
