Travel + Leisure Co. in Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure each unit and building is in good working order. You will perform general maintenance and customer-focused service to deliver high guest satisfaction.

Basic handyman skills and general maintenance ability.

Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to keep units/buildings in top condition.
Address service requests and repairs (painting, appliance, minor electrical, carpentry).
Perform maintenance for make-ready units as directed.
Repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture and cabinetry.
Maintain exterior landscape and clean up trash as needed.
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
Adhere to safety programs and company policies.
