Woodloch Pines Inc. in Hawley, PA seeks a motivated Reservations Department associate to sell vacation packages and upsell resort amenities. You will handle guest inquiries, assist with pre-arrival questions, meal and function reservations, and respond to emails, while maintaining accurate guest data in the reservations system.

The role requires excellent communication, basic math, and a team-oriented attitude, with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to upsell vacation packages and assist guests.

Responsabilidades

• Sell vacation packages and upsell amenities to guests.
• Assist guests with pre-arrival questions and resort information.
• Book meal and special function reservations as needed.
• Answer incoming calls to the call center efficiently.
• Respond to guest emails with follow-up information.
• Ensure guest data accuracy in the reservations database.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Manage guest preferences and inventory for assigned dates.
• Provide Woodloch hospitality in person and over the phone.
• Maintain professional appearance and strong communication skills.
