Job summary

Woodloch Resort in Hawley, PA is seeking a General Maintenance Associate to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across all facilities. You will assist with projects, respond to guest and housekeeping maintenance requests, and maintain high hospitality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, aptitude with hand and power tools, and the ability to work in a team in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, general education degree or 5 years related experience and/or training. One year certificate from college or technical school recommended.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and projects as assigned by Department Managers and Supervisors.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests.
• Respond to maintenance requests from housekeeping for guest rooms, homes, and resort common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs at scheduled intervals.
• Maintain Woodloch's standards of hospitality, cleanliness and quality.
• Coordinate activities with other maintenance groups and departments.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, hours worked and materials for billing.
