Builder GC LLC in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Vacation Rental Reservationist / Property Assistant to join a full-time role. You will manage inquiries, secure bookings, and process reservations using PMS, while coordinating pre-arrival communications and guest requests.

The position requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and ability to work Saturdays. Competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and paid time off are offered.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in hospitality or reservations.
• Proficiency with vacation rental software/OTAs.
• Strong phone etiquette and written communication.
• Availability to work Saturday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound guest inquiries, phone calls, and web leads to secure direct bookings.
• Process reservations, deposits, cancellations, and guest folios in property management software (PMS).
• Coordinate pre-arrival communications, keyless entry codes, and guest requests.
• Serve as first-line liaison with housekeeping and maintenance teams for quick turnarounds and issue resolution.
• Assist property managers with guest dispute handling and daily arrival/departure reporting.
