Monster Reservations Group in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a local in-person reservations associate. Engage guests over inbound and outbound calls, promote bookings, and collect payments to secure reservations.

You will follow scripts and processes while maintaining energy, build rapport, and upsell travel enhancements. This role requires a positive, coachable attitude and daily commuting to the Myrtle Beach office.

Qualifications

• Local to Myrtle Beach, SC or able to commute daily.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills.
• Comfortable following scripts and processes.
• Able to build excitement and urgency to encourage bookings.
• Must handle payments accurately over the phone.
