Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, guiding communication between owners, guests, and teams, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and presentation. You listen, anticipate needs, and deliver trusted experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct hospitality experience (vacation rentals, hotels, or property management).
• Experience with guest and owner communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed property inspections before owner arrivals to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Develop relationships with property owners through regular communication and excellent service.
• Track and manage vendor and large maintenance projects with timely updates to owners.
• Monitor guest reviews and property trends to guide upgrades and revenue growth.
• De-escalate owner concerns with professionalism in challenging situations.
• Use tools like Teams, Breezeway, Reva, and internal databases to streamline workflows.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented while coordinating with onsite teams.
• Collaborate with other departments and be a coachable team player.

Position Summary

Panhandle Getaways is seeking a people-first Vacation Rental Property Manager to join our team in Panama City Beach. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for our homeowners and the steady support behind our operations, ensuring every property is cared for with intention and every owner feels confident, informed, and valued. You'll serve as the bridge between owners, guests, and our internal teams, guiding communication, coordinating maintenance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve each home's performance and presentation. • Collaborate with onsite teams to uphold service standards.
• Be a team player; coachable, positive, and supportive across departments.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct hospitality experience (e.g., vacation rentals, hotels, or property management).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, especially in person and via phone.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Familiarity with property inspections, upkeep standards, and identifying value-driving improvements.
• Calm under pressure, managing competing priorities effectively.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented-anticipate issues before they arise.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and accountability.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $50,000+ depending on experience
