Job summary
Avari Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will perform deep cleaning, laundry, restocking amenities, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure pristine, guest-ready homes.
Applicants should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable traveling between worksites. Training is provided on-site, with some shifts requiring flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental or similar industry preferred but not required.
- Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but training is provided.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and applications; comfortable using mobile apps and tablets.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties following company standards.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean all surfaces; move furniture as needed.
- Assist with laundry and linen; restock amenities.
- Identify damages or needed repairs and report them.
- Collect trash; attend all mandatory meetings.
- Maintain hot tubs (training provided) and ensure guest-ready homes.
