Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness and order across our resort facilities. You will perform cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and ensure rooms and common areas meet our standards, while delivering friendly guest service.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel experience is a plus, and high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel-related experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and prepare room for cleaning.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, remove and remake beds, restock supplies.
• Replenish guestroom and bath supplies.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (steam clean carpets, spring clean, etc.).
• Perform minor maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs or filters.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
