Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a seasonal, full-time housekeeper to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will perform thorough cleaning, laundry tasks, restocking amenities, and basic maintenance reporting, with on-site hot tub care training provided.

Shifts are seasonal from June 9th to September 30th, with a piece-rate compensation plus hourly training pay for onboarding and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, vacation rental, or hospitality preferred.
• Willing to train for hot tub maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, and cleaning apps.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties per company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and move furniture to access surfaces.
• Assist with laundry and linen needs.
• Identify damages or needed repairs and report to management.
• Restock amenities and manage trash removal.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Replenish consumables as needed.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.
