Panhandle Getaways in the Florida Panhandle is seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Account Executive to grow our vacation rental portfolio. You’ll identify, engage, and convert homeowners while building relationships with real estate agents, developers, investors, and other partners.

Representing a portfolio of 900+ properties, you’ll own the sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, with uncapped commission and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales or business development in vacation rental industry.
• Proven lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert vacation rental homeowners into new management clients.
• Generate opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, direct mail, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach.
• Develop referral relationships with real estate agents, brokers, builders, developers, investors, HOAs, and other strategic partners.
• Respond to and nurture inbound leads generated through marketing and company partnerships.
• Represent Panhandle Getaways at local networking events, industry functions, and community opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement.
• Present management services, revenue projections, and strategies for maximizing rental performance.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent prospecting, follow-up, and CRM documentation.
• Develop customized proposals and confidently address homeowner questions and objections.
• Meet or exceed property acquisition, revenue, and sales activity goals.
